Self awareness is the ability to look at oneself without distractions, layers, covers, stories and be completley transparent with who you are. To truly see who you are. When you see who you are, you can start working with who you are not. Self awareness is Self acknowledgment.
Practicing self-awareness can be done by anyone at any time, as long as there is a willingness to look at oneself. This can be done through simple meditation, journaling thoughts, or questioning one's belief system.
My journey started over 1.5 years ago through a deep awakening triggered by my own depression and my father's sickness. A feeling of emptiness and pain. A feeling of not knowing why I am here and what I am doing here.
This has led me to the path of inner knowing and understanding, and this is sparking my curiosity to this day. Through consistent curiosity, self-inquiry, and meditation, I have cultivated a deeper understanding of myself that deepens every day.
